We appreciate your choice to stay with us, we also would like to remind you that our regulations regarding the use of the home are important to us.  Reservations are based on booking terms.  If the terms of the reservation are not met, we reserve the right to charge for remuneration based on the terms of the booking.  The Security Deposit will not be returned at check-out if any of the listed terms are not met.  If there is damage to the property while you are staying with us, you will be charged for damages that do not qualify as wear and tear.  If you have concerns with any of these policies please feel free to reach out to us prior to booking.
